    How much does a DC Jack repair cost?

    A DC Jack replacement costs $99.00. That includes part labor and three months warranty. This also includes any repair to the power supply of the systemboard

    Do I need an appointment to come in?

    No you do not need an appointment to drop off your laptop.

    Do I need to give you my AC Adapter as well as my laptop?

    It is not necessary but we do advise it so we can check for problems with the AC Adapter as well.

    Do you need to know what my make and model is?

    We ask for that information when we receive the laptop or when the customer fills out a work order; we do not need it when a customer wants to know if we can fix their laptop.

    How much are Diagnostics?

    Our diagnostics are FREE!

    How much is the estimation going to cost?

    Our estimations are FREE!

    What is the shipping fee?

    We charge a standard Shipping fee of 15.00 anywhere in the US.

    How long does it take to ship my laptop to you?

    It depends on where you live and what shipping method you use.

    Do I pay the return shipping?

    Yes we charge the customer for the shipping fee.

    Do you check the diagnostics and then fix my laptop or do you call for confirmation?

    We always call the customer for confirmation unless the customer requests that we fix it no matter what the problem is.

    Do I need to ship my laptop through a particular shipping company?

    it doesn't matter which shipping company you decide to ship your laptop through.

    When you ship my laptop back what company do you use?

    We usually use FedEx unless the customer requests that we use a different company or if they want us to use their account.

    How can I pay?

    We accept cash or credit card.

    What Credit Cards do you accept?

    Master Card and Visa.

    What do I need to include when I ship my laptop to you?

    the confirmation page, your laptop, and the AC Adapter.

    Do you charge by the hour or by the machine?

    we charge our customers based on what is wrong with their laptop each problem has its own price.

    Do you repair software problems as well as hardware?

    yes we do.

    Does my make and Mode make a difference whether you can fix my laptop or not?

    No, we will try to fix your laptop regardless of made and model. however it may make a difference in the price.

    Can I drop off my laptop to you guys or do I have to ship it?

    whichever is easy for you.

    Do you guys just fix laptops or do you fix Desktops as well?

    we do fix desktops as well.

    How long is the turn around?

    If we have the part in stock our turn around is 24 to 48 hours.

    What are your hours?

     We are open 6 days a week. Monday through Friday 11:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
