my laptop was not getting charged properly. When I consulted with Geek Squad guys they said it's a problem with the DC jack and they will charge $250 to replace it. When I consulted with LapFix they did a diagnosis for free and informed me that there is nothing wrong with the DC Jack. It was the DC adapter. I bought a new DC adapter for $45 then it's working perfect. Thanks to LapFix for such a honest service. By waikhom singh
