WARRANTY AND LIABILITY STATEMENTS
- I undrestand LapFix will charge $65 diagnostic fee for each device. Restocking fee for ordered parts is $65.
- I understand LapFix will not work on Laptops or hard drives that have been already opened or worked on.
-If payment is not received in full within 30 days after a successful repair, the device is considered abandon and may be sold for parts. This also applies for any diagnosed devices that are not picked up within 30 days as well as devices that have been paid for and left for more than 30 days.
- I understand LapFix is not responsible for any software or data lost on my hard drive. I am responsible for backing up the data on the hard drive prior to shipping the unit to LapFix for repair.
- I understand that LapFix is not responsible for keeping or returning defective parts that are replaced as part of the repair unless specifically requested by the customer prior to acceptance of our repair estimate.
- I understand LapFix is not responsible for any damage caused to my Equipment during shipping to AND from our location.

We support our repairs by a 90-day warranty for all parts and labor. If you experience issues with a repair, please call our support or visit our store. With LapFix you are covered, Our Technicians will replace any defective parts that were used during the original repair. Physical damage (such as cracked screen) or water damage done to the device are not covered by our warranty.
